Window shopping along 5th Avenue
Strolling along 5th Avenue tonight, to the sounds of a lonely saxophone player, a pleasant early Fall evening, putting me in a New York state of mind.
The streets are comfortably busy and the sights so New York. Yellow taxi cabs rushing by, impatiently sounding their horns, pedicabs peddlers hustling for a fare, lovers cuddling in a horse and carriage leisurely pacing up 5th Avenue and store windows ablaze with fashions for Fall that has arrived all too soon.

AND THEN AFTER A PLEASANT STROLL AND ENJOYING MY NEW YORK STATE OF MIND
I MISSED MY TRAIN!
HOWEVER NOTHING TO FRET ABOUT. I MISSED THE TRAIN BY EXACTLY 30 SECONDS. AFTER ALL , MTA PRIDES THEMSELVES ON THEIR “ON TIME” RECORD!
SO I WAITED FOR THE 1:30AM TRAIN THAT WOULD BRING ME HOME AT 2:30AM. I SAT AND ENJOYED THE QUIET AMBIENCE OF THIS MAGNIFICENT ARCHITECTURE. IT IS QUITE A CONTRAST FROM THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE DURING THE DAY.
